Biography:

Célia Boyer is the Executive Director of the Health On the Net Foundation– a non-profit organization that promotes and guides the deployment of useful and trustworthy online health information and its appropriate and efficient use. Her PhD in Information systems from the Geneva School of Economics and Management (GSEM) is the conclusion of her research activities in the domain of trust, ethics, artificial intelligence and e-health. Célia owns a diploma in advance studies in management and an engineering degree in information systems from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL). Thanks to her education and her years of experience in the field, Célia is widely recognized as an expert in the quality assessment and access of medical information on the Internet.
