In order to publish your paper in the proceedings or have your poster, demo or PhD report included in the programme at least one co-author must register for the full conference. Please note that one day tickets do not suffice for your publication to be included in the proceedings nor for being included in the programme. The aim of the conference is to bring together the interdisciplinary community to foster collaboration and discussions over the course of the event. The one day tickets are aimed at industry and clinical participants who are not presenting and might therefore not be able to justify three or four days out of office.
Full ticket includes access to all 4 days of the event, coffee breaks, lunches and refreshments, ACM proceedings (electronic format), conference brochure. Also, it includes the demo and poster networking event in the evening of 3rd July as well as the Gala dinner on 4th July.
One day tickets include access to the event for the day the ticket is valid, coffee breaks, lunches and refreshments, ACM proceedings (electronic format).
Healthcare professional rates are offered to those working in a health discipline, public health or clinical settings (e.g. clinicians, behavioural scientists, psychologists). Please note, you must NOT have a computer science or related background if you select this rate.
Student ID will be required to confirm a student status. Start-up accounts and registration details will be sought to confirm the eligibility for the this registration category. A charity registration number will be required to confirm the eligibility for the the discounted charity rate.

5th July – ticket available for this day (no evening function available).
Conference Gala dinner (Evening of Tuesday 4th July from 7 pm) £65 (this is only available with a 1 day ticket).
Cancellation Policy Any request for cancellation should be made in writing. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to the start of the conference will not be eligible for refunds. Cancellations made 15 days or more in advance of a conference will be subject to a £80 administration fee. In the unlikely event of conference cancellation conference registration payments will be refunded in full.
Data management policy Your registration details will be used to seek feedback on the conference after the event and to inform you of plans for Digital Health 2018 and upcoming calls for future events in the DH series. Filming and photography We are considering filming and photographing the Digital Health Conference 2017 for the purposes of live streaming the scientific sessions and for Digital Health conference promotion. By registering you will be granting the organizer the right to streamline the video and use the images without your further approval.
Registration Desks Location and Opening Times
The registration desk for the PHD track day on the 2nd July will open from 9 till 10am at UCL’s Wilkins Building, Gustav Lecture Theatre
The registration desk for the main conference on the 3rd- 5th July will open from 8.30am at 30 Euston Square.
