Biography:

I am passionate about technology, innovation and entrepreneurship. I’ve been in tech all my career.

I started out in finance, followed by financial PR (IPOs) before founding two corporate PR firms focused on the venture eco-system, being part of the founding team of two software start ups and an active investor in the UK and US.

I am head of venture capital at White Cloud Capital investing predominately in healthcare and education start-ups in Europe, Asia and Australasia. We lead institutional seed and Series A rounds in bold entrepreneurs looking to build transformational companies. Providing capital is just the first step, when we lead our investments we provide the most comprehensive support through our global platform, network and hands on approach.

In the future, the way we interact with technology will be drastically different. We think of this as a new era of seamless computing and it is why we are especially interested in funding: conversational UIs, big data and software disrupting mature industries. We see artificial intelligence as a layer that will power all these sectors.

I am also an advisor and angel investor in several start-ups including Adbrain, Jumio, BitPay, Get Around, Violin Memory, Tray.io, Cloud House, GetCrane and many more.

I’ve spent 15+ years in a variety of communications and marketing roles focused on Financial Services, SaaS, Enterprise, Mobile and B2B.

I predominately work with my portfolio and other venture capital backed companies to help them reach their exit potential through a tested “route to exit” methodology focused on, go-to-market strategy; alignment of product, marketing and sales; agile marketing implementation; stakeholder communications; brand awareness and high-performance team building.

I am a INN graduate with a passion for health and wellbeing.
