Biography:
Jill Jones leads the Medical Research Council’s strategy for global health research. This includes developing new programmes for the Global Challenges Research Fund and leading MRC’s global health partnership programmes covering research themes such as global health trials, health systems research and implementation science. Jill has worked at the MRC for 12 years, in a range of roles with a focus on MRC’s international activities, working with other Research Councils and with health research funders in the UK and globally. Jill has a BA in History from University College London.
