After 10 years in the field as a logistician with different non-governmental organizations in African countries, Raphael Brechard joined MSF in 2014 during the west African Ebola outbreak as a geographic information system specialist. During his career as GIS expert in different countries, he had the opportunity to start the first MSF field experience with the mapping drones in Malawi in 2017. He started in February 2018 a geographic information system/eHealth coordinator position with MSF UK to support the missions in their geospatial and ehealth activities.
